Join us for our online service of worship with virtual communion in observance of Maundy Thursday this evening, April 1st, at 7 p.m. This annual service of the Christian Holy Week is a solemn commemoration of the Last Supper and Jesus’ Passion—his sacrifice for the atonement of humankind with God. We will celebrate the sacrament of the Lord's Supper together virtually, and conclude with a short candlelight "Tenebrae service," or entering into the "shadows" of Good Friday, as we hear the Seven Last Words of Christ. Since we’ll be celebrating the Lord’s Supper, remember to prepare a piece of bread and a serving of grape juice (or similar juice), for all those worshiping with you. We’ll post the link here below prior to the service…we hope you’ll join us, and may God bless you.
