Please join us online for our virtual Ash Wednesday worship, a solemn service marking the beginning of the season of Lent. During the 40 days of Lent, we commit ourselves to spiritual self-examination, repentance, and renewal of our relationship with our God, as we prepare for the celebration of our highest holy day, the Resurrection of the Lord on Easter. The service includes a virtual imposition of ashes on the forehead or hand, a Biblical symbol of repentance before God. Pastor Bob will be "imposing" ashes virtually; but you are encouraged, if you have some ash of your own, or even a little dirt from a houseplant is fine, to impose the ash on your forehead or hand as the pastor does so virtually. Just click on the link we'll provide here on Wednesday at 7 p.m. We hope you'll join us then, and may God bless you...
